• After a year or more of regular treatments**: Some people find that their Botox effects last longer as their muscles “train” to relax. At this stage, treatments can sometimes be spaced out to every 4 to 6 months.
• Longer gaps**: If your goal is simply to prevent wrinkles rather than maintain a super-smooth appearance, you may choose to get Botox every 6 months.

Individual results can vary, so talk to your provider about what works best for you based on how long your results last and your goals.

Getting a facial every 4 to 6 weeks is ideal for most people, as this matches the natural skin cell turnover cycle. However, the best frequency depends on your skin type, concerns, and goals:
